❓ Class 11 Physics Practical — FAQs
Section A/B, least count, graph aur viva se jude common sawaal.
Class 11 Physics practical me Section A aur Section B kya hota hai?
CBSE Class 11 Physics ka practical syllabus do hisson me hai. Section A mainly measurement aur mechanics par based hai — vernier callipers, screw gauge, spherometer, beam balance, parallelogram law aur simple pendulum. Section B mainly properties of matter, heat aur waves par based hai — Young's modulus, spring constant, Boyle's law, surface tension, viscosity, cooling curve, specific heat capacity, sonometer aur resonance tube. Board practical me dono sections me se ek-ek experiment aata hai.
Experiment aur Activity me kya farak hai?
Experiment me observation table banani hoti hai, readings leni hoti hain, calculation aur zyadatar graph plot karna hota hai, aur ek numerical result nikalta hai. Activity chhoti hoti hai — ismein mainly observe karna, banana ya compare karna hota hai aur result descriptive hota hai. Board me experiment ke marks zyada hote hain (7+7) aur activity ke kam (3).
Vernier callipers ka least count kaise nikalte hain?
Least count = (ek main scale division ki value) ÷ (vernier scale ke kul divisions). Standard vernier callipers me 1 MSD = 1 mm aur vernier par 10 divisions hote hain, isliye LC = 0.1 mm = 0.01 cm. Final reading = main scale reading + (vernier coinciding division × LC), aur uske baad zero error ka correction lagana zaroori hai.
Screw gauge ka least count aur zero error kya hota hai?
Least count = pitch ÷ circular scale ke kul divisions. Aam screw gauge me pitch 1 mm aur circular scale par 100 divisions hote hain, isliye LC = 0.01 mm. Jaws band karne par agar circular scale ka zero reference line se upar ruke to zero error negative hota hai aur niche chala jaye to positive — usi hisaab se correction jodna ya ghatana padta hai.
Simple pendulum me L–T² graph straight line kyun aata hai?
Time period length ke square root ke proportional hota hai, isliye T² directly L ke proportional ho jata hai. Yahi wajah hai ki L–T graph curve deta hai lekin L–T² graph origin se guzarti ek straight line deta hai, jiske slope se g ki value nikali ja sakti hai. Second's pendulum ka time period 2 second hota hai aur uski effective length lagbhag 1 metre aati hai.
CBSE Class 11 Physics practical kitne marks ka hota hai?
Practical component aam taur par 30 marks ka hota hai — do experiments (7+7), practical record (5), ek activity (3), investigatory project (3) aur viva voce (5). Upar di gayi table me poora breakup hai. Exact distribution har session ke official CBSE curriculum document me rehta hai, isliye apne year ka latest syllabus check kar lein.
Class 11 Physics practical file kaise banayein?
Har experiment ko is order me likhein — Aim → Apparatus Required → Theory & Formula → Diagram → Procedure → Least Count & Zero Error → Observation Table → Calculations → Graph → Result → Precautions → Sources of Error. Diagram aur graph blank ya graph page par pencil se banayein, aur observation table ruled page par. Upar kisi bhi card ko kholkar ready-made format copy kar sakte hain.
Physics practical viva ki taiyari kaise karein?
Har experiment ka aim, formula aur symbols ka meaning, apparatus ka principle, graph ka shape aur 2–3 precautions yaad rakhein. Section A me sawaal zyadatar least count, zero error, significant figures aur pendulum se aate hain; Section B me elasticity, surface tension, viscosity, Newton's law of cooling aur resonance se. Upar diye progress tracker se check karte rahiye kaunse baaki hain.
