Choithram College of Nursing is a private nursing college in Indore located within the Choithram Hospital and Research Centre complex on Manik Bagh Road, a campus spread over about 22 acres. The college is recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and registered with the Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council, is accredited by NAAC with a B++ grade, and its degree programmes are affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore and Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University. The four-year B.Sc Nursing programme is the flagship offering, and M.Sc Nursing was introduced in 2005 across five specialities: Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Obstetrical and Gynaecological Nursing, Child Health Nursing and Psychiatric Nursing. The college is also a recognised IGNOU study centre for distance nursing programmes including a Diploma in Nursing Administration and certificate courses in Infant and Newborn Care and Maternal and Child Health, and it runs specialisation courses for trained nurses in Operation Room Nursing, Cardiothoracic Nursing and Critical Care Nursing. Total annual intake is around 125 to 133 students supported by a faculty of over 30.
